Dear parents, 

This week, students in two of our school’s houses, Killarney and Merriwa, will be celebrating significant achievements. These celebrations reward house pride, participation, and positive behaviour in the classroom and at events.  

Wednesday – Merriwa (blue)  

Students in Merriwa are encouraged to wear blue to school to celebrate winning the school swimming carnival. This could be a touch of blue or lots of blue.  

Thursday – Killarney (green)  

Students in Killarney are encouraged to wear green to school to celebrate winning the house points championship for Term 1. This could be a touch of green or lots of green. Our house captains tally points won in all classrooms across the term and Killarney should be commended for finishing in first place. Students in Killarney will also receive a special iceblock for their efforts all term.
